Aloo Channa Cheese Samosa Recipe



Ingredients

  • National Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • National Cumin Powder – one Tsp
  • National Garam Masala – one Tsp
  • Water – 1/2 Cup
  • National element Salt
  • Shredded Mozeralla Cheese – 1/2 Cup
  • Samosa Patti
  • National tomato ketchup
  • Oil – two Tbsp
  • National Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tsp
  • National Ginger Paste – 1/2 Tsp
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Potatoes – Full cup
  • Boiled Channa – 1/2 Cup
  • National Red chile Powder – one Tsp



Method

  1. In a frypan – add two tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp National Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp National Ginger Paste and 1/2 cup cut onion.
  2. Fry.
  3. To a similar pan – add cut potatoes.
  4. Fry.
  5. To a similar pan – add stewed channa, one tsp National Red chile Powder, 1/2 National Turmeric Powder, one tsp National Cumin Powder, one tsp National Garam Masala, 1/2 cup water and National element Salt.
  6. Fry until the mixture turns golden brown.
