Chana Chaat Katori Recipe



Ingredients

  • Fresh Coriander – a pair of Tbsp
  • Fresh juice – one
  • National iodinated Salt – one Tsp
  • Chopped Potatoes – one Cup
  • Boiled Channa – a pair of Cups
  • Chopped Tomato – one
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2
  • Chopped inexperienced chili – three
  • Chopped Shimla Mirch – 1/2
  • National Cumin Powder – one Tsp
  • National Chat Masala – one Tsp
  • National Imli Sauce – a pair of Tbsp
  • Manda Patti
  • National inexperienced Chutni
  • Yogurt
  • Sev



Method

  1. In a bowl – add cut potatoes, cooked channa, cut tomato, cut onion, cut inexperienced chili, cut shimla mirch, a pair of tbsp recent coriander, recent juice, one tsp National iodinated Salt, one tsp National Cumin Powder, one tsp National Chat Masala and a pair of tbsp National Imli Sauce. 
  2. Mix well. 
  3. Cut South-Central Dravidian patti, deep fry to bowl form, pour the ingredients, National inexperienced Chatni, dairy product and sev.
