Galawati Kabab Recipe




Ingredients

  • National Garam Masala Powder : one tablespoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste : one tablespoon
  • Raw Papaya : a pair of tablespoons
  • Oil : one cup
  • Ginger : a pair of tablespoons, finely sliced
  • Green Chilies : vi
  • Fresh Mint : one cup
  • Coal : one piece
  • National Chicken Tikka Masala : one packet (50 grams)
  • Beef (minced by hand) : one weight unit
  • Fried Onions : 250 grams
  • Yogurt : 250 grams
  • Gram Flour (besan) : four tbsp
  • National Coriander Powder : one tablespoon


Method

  1. Mix along mince, deep-fried onions, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya and National Chicken Tikka Masala.
  2. Leave to rest for one hour.
  3. Heat the oil ANd fry the mince on medium heat for 0.5 an hour.
  4. Toast the gram flour and coriander powder, boost the mince and fry on high heat.
  5. When the oil separates, add the garam masala and switch off the warmth.
  6. To smoke, heat the piece of coal on the flame till it glows red.
  7. Place the coal during a tiny bowl and set the bowl within the middle of the mince pot.
  8. Cover tightly till the smoke flavors the meat.
  9. Garnish with inexperienced chilies, contemporary mint and finely sliced ginger.
